That’s why at With Purpose I work closely with you to create a tailored program that gets to the crux of your key needs, opportunities and hurdles.
Getting teams comfortable is key to building effective solution strategies and the secret to successful implementation.
A key component of facilitation is getting individuals out of their day to day activity so they can think at a different level. To support this, I’ve developed three facilitation programs to help leaders and organisations get the most out of their time together.
Escape
with Purpose

A two day immersive workshop held in a residential or regional location. The overnight model provides you and your team with the mental and physical space to tackle the bigger strategic challenges.
Pause
with Purpose

One or a series of intensive, full day workshops designed specifically for CEOs and senior leadership teams. The model employs a range of advisory, co-design and participatory design methods.
Conversations
with Purpose

Stand-alone advisory led conversations between a small group of one or two members from your organisation (normally a member of your board, executive or leadership team) and myself.

What product do I get?
Tailored content is created inside the workshop based on the workshop objective.
Common products include –
Escape with Purpose: 4 to 5 page summary; identifying key insights, new concepts, key points of consensus, critical actions or agreed next steps
Pause with Purpose: 2 page summary; identifying key insights, observations, agreed critical actions or next steps
Conversations with Purpose: Email summary containing 2 to 3 insights, observations and suggested next steps
Who should participate?
To ignite change or drive reform, we need to include and engage those who are charged with implementing it.
You need the right people in the room to get the right conversations happening.
For Pause and Escape with Purpose programs, I will work with you to help identify the right mix of people, knowledge and experiences based on the probelm, opportunity, solution or desired outcome.
How will you support participants?
While the program is completely tailored to your needs, I employ inclusive convening to encourage shared knowledge and experiences.
The format prioritise’s relationships and uses participatory means to build understanding and capacity.
Every Pause or Escape With Purpose experience is unique and unpredictable. You may get consensus or clarity on the business problem itself or for some, who work through the issue quickly, use the program to kick start their solution strategy.
